En Biomedal le garantizamos una alta calidad durante todo el proceso de síntesis de oligos. De esta forma, le ofrecemos una amplia gama de oligonucleótidos de dicha calidad para sus aplicaciones de PCR. Con el respaldo de la última tecnología de ácidos nucleicos, ponemos a su disposición oligonucleótidos estándar de ADN / ARN muy fiables, así como oligonucleótidos de ADN / ARN de primera calidad con una amplia gama de modificaciones y diferentes purificaciones.
Nuestro laboratorio ofrece diferentes escalas de tamaño de oligos, desde 12 hasta 140 bases de ADN y desde 2 a 40 bases de ARN.
Contamos con tres métodos diferentes de purificación a elección del cliente: purificación RP-cartridge, HPLC y PAGE. Todos los oligos son desalinizados, cuantificados y documentados. Cada oligonucleótido es testado por espectrometría de masas MALDI.
